                                   JOURNEY OF COSTUMER DISCOVERY

    Recently, a group of seven enthusiastic people started working together to make our university better. Our mission was to engage the CMUans students in a conversation, delicately probing whether they would embrace the possibility of acquiring our products, if we made them available

    Follow along as we share our adventure and how we're making our campus a better place. Relying heavily on CMU students, reaching out to them before our products hit the shelves is a smart move for our business. It's like testing the waters, seeing if there's a craving for what we offer, while also collecting precious insights and earning some cash in advance. This way, we can fine-tune our production plans, dodge unnecessary expenses, and craft something that not only satisfies but dazzles our customers. By inviting them into the process early on, we ensure our creations resonate deeply and exceed all hopes.

    In this journey, we had encountered 20 students for our costumer discovery. We're thrilled to hear that many students are interested in buying our product because of its durability, affordability, and the benefits it could bring to the CMU community. Some students are in desperate need of a quiet space to unwind, while others mention they might not require a mat for their PE class if they head straight home afterward. Additionally, some prefer to see the product in person before deciding to purchase. Students value quality, and they hope for a price that fits their student budgets, which often cover only transportation and meals. 

RESULTS 


    20 people gave feedback, with 16 excited to buy our product when it's out, showing its popularity. But others said no, mentioning reasons like having yoga mats already, no PE classes, or rushing out after class. This shows how different preferences and situations affect what people choose. Also, some prefer to see and touch the product before deciding to buy, emphasizing the need to let customers try things out to address their worries and likes better.
